More to the point, the bible does describe the perfect government in the book of Revelation (Chapter 20). It is called the "Millennial Kingdom" for its reign shall last 1000 years. In it, it is God Himself who is ruling over the earth. Not republicans ruling the earth; not democrats; not even a set of doctrines. Instead, it is God Himself, in all His glory, ruling over the earth.

No need for a legislative branch; no need for a judicial branch; there wouldn't even be a need for any checks and balances. THAT is the perfect form of government according to the bible; an all-knowing and truly all-loving, DICTATOR!
